These ensure the data is relevant, complete and replace a mass of emails and arbitrary spreadsheets with attachments. It standardises the whole process, minimises the risk of error and is a far more up-to-date way of working.
The system summarises all these changes into a payroll report, each shown as an individual transaction, so there is full audit trail. All the information is held in a single file, in an identical format, backed up as a csv file for direct import to your payroll system.

Payroll Report
Every change is stored as a sequentially numbered transaction in a pdf report that gives you a full audit trail of everything to process.
Because it all comes to you in a single, standard format from every client, you no longer have to disseminate, interpret and file data from a mass of random emails and attachments.
The pdf can then be converted into a spreadsheet, csv file or converted into an api file.
All this cuts out a significant amount of unproductive manual administration, reducing time, cost and risk.
Bureau Dashboard
A cloud-based dashboard lets you control the whole data-capture process – from issuing portals to clients, collecting payroll reports in a single, central location and managing all the many different processes connected with transferring data into your processing system.
