Clients enter the information for any type of payroll change into simple, menu-driven, screens. These ensure the data is relevant, complete and replace a mass of emails and arbitrary spreadsheets with attachments. It standardises the whole process, minimises the risk of error and is a far more up-to-date way of working.

The system summarises all these changes into a payroll report, each shown as an individual transaction, so there is full audit trail. All the information is held in a single file, in an identical format, backed up as a csv file for direct import to your payroll system.
